Analyzing Reports

Several default reports are supplied with FactoryTalk Historian for

Batch. These reports contain sample data from simulated batch

production runs. The default reports are ready to be used without

modification, or they can be customized by a report designer for the

needs of your facility. FactoryTalk Historian for Batch adds the

Batch Analysis Chart object to the FactoryTalk Historian Classic

object library. The Batch Analysis Chart object can be used with

existing FactoryTalk Historian Classic report objects and with

FactoryTalk Historian for Batch reports.

Like FactoryTalk Historian Classic reports, FactoryTalk Historian

for Batch reports can be accessed and run using the Report Explorer

in the Configuration Console. The FactoryTalk Historian for Batch

folder in Report Explorer holds pre-defined reports that can be used

without any modifications, or as templates to create customized

reports. The reports are:

• Batch Summary Report

• Batch Compare Report

• Batch Equipment Utilization Report

• Material Genealogy by Batch Report

• Material Genealogy by Material Report

• Operator Action Report

• Batch Event History Report

• Batch Analysis Report (SQL Server only)

• Parameter Deviation Report
